If you return an item, any My Best Buy Reward Points that you previously earned on that purchase will be removed from your account. If you used a Reward Certificate on a returned item, points will be refunded to your account in 3-6 business days.

No, once Best Buy Reward Points have been redeemed for Reward Certificates, you can’t convert them back into points.
